We use real-time data and AI to drive growth. Now, we need a Customer Success Manager who knows their way around SaaS, e-commerce metrics, and marketing KPIs.
Who You Are
- You have hands-on SaaS experience (onboarding, adoption, retention)
- You know key e-commerce metrics like conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and churn
- You manage global accounts and develop clear success plans
- You can spot client needs and propose data-driven solutions
- You focus on results, with a record of hitting targets in e-commerce or digital marketing
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of e-commerce and marketing clients and drive their success
- Create strategies that boost product usage, reduce churn, and increase ROI
- Track and analyze client KPIs, then share insights that help them grow
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data
- Partner with product and data teams to improve user experience based on feedback
- Monitor customer health metrics and tackle risks fast
